Q. The engines won't update automatically. Why is that?

The most comment reason cause this problem is that you did not set up your internet connection properly, or your are connected to the internet through a "Proxy Server" or "Firewall".

Please make sure you enter the correct "Proxy server" address in the "Configuration" window if you are connected through a proxy server. If you still have problems in updating the engine data file with the software, please contact our support at support@apexpacific.com for help.
